Technical objective: (1) Evaluate Delayed Fracture Resistance Performance of Angang’s Medium Carbon Automotive steel, and obtain the relationship of diffusible hydrogen content and residual stress which can avoid hydrogen-induced delayed fracture; (2) Analysis of Delayed Fracture Mechanism of Angang’s Medium Carbon Automotive steel to provide theoretical and data support for the safety.
